How It Works
Step 1
After making the purchase, our career coach will reach out to you via email to set up a 20-minute Zoom call to get to know you and set up training schedules.
Step 2
Within 5 days, we will go through 6 intensive one-on-one training sessions, based on your profile, we will build great personalized stories that help you pass interviews.
Step 3
We will go through 2 mock interviews to ensure you know how to tell your stories properly and convince the hiring manager that you are the best candidate.
Curriculum
We will teach you about the growth mindset, which is the #1 factor that employers are looking for in a candidate who doesn’t have much work experience. Then, we will show you the art of story-telling and get into your background to pick out the best achievements.
Based on your input, we will build a new resume and a set of unique stories that you can use as interview answers. The Database Method will help organize your stories into a easy-to-remember format.
With your new custom-built resume and LinkedIn profile, we will show you how to apply for jobs effectively to get interviews. In addition, you will know how to reach out directly to hiring managers, connect and set up coffee chat with people working in your industry.
Based on the stories we built for you, we will go over it and explain to you how you can use these stories to answer interview questions. We will then show you how you can tell your stories.

This 30 min session will give you a road map to your upcoming interview. Pre-interview (15 min) tells you exactly the top 3 things to focus on. Post Interview analysis tells you what you need to improve.

Normally, job seekers use free resource on google, which is a nice tool, to build their resume and prepare for interview answers.
However, this tool has serious limitation due to the fact that everyone is using it. That’s why it can’t help you differentiate yourself from hundreds of candidates and it can’t tell a unique story about your value. Recruiters likely pass all lookalike resumes and get bored with similar answers from time to time.
This is where we come in to really take a much deeper look into your profile and bring out the best of you and re-write your resume with our own words. We will build unique stories based on your profile that you can use to answer interview questions to differentiate yourself from the crowd.

This is a one-on-one program and it takes place on Zoom.
Normally, it takes 5 days to 7 days to go through 6 intensive one-on-one training session. Schedule is set based on client’s availability. Each session will last 1-1.5 hour.

Like so many fresh graduates out there, I had many questions about how to get an accounting job when I had zero Canadian experiences which employers expect from me.
